Patient comes in with a very well camouflaged cyst. It’s hiding under the skin and barely visible to the untrained eye. Popaholics see it and so does the derm. It’s also a “squishy” cyst, which should give away the Finding NemoΒ connection.

The derm starts with a punch biopsy tool. She plunges straight through the skin and into the cyst. Once she had a nice round opening, Β used her tweezers and scissors to carefully separate the cyst from the surrounding skin. And voila, out popped the gooey little blob.
