  • In Dr. Pimple Popper’s new Instagram video, she tackles a huge stomach lipoma.
  • The dermatologist says the lipoma “has legs” but her fans think it looks like a starfish, jellyfish, and chicken.
  • Dr. Pimple Popper squeezes with both hands to get it out in one whole piece.

There’s a fun guessing game going down on dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper‘s latest pop. The beloved doc is taking on a massive lipoma in her latest Instagram video. She takes care of the messing popping portion, but she encourages all her fans to participate virtually. That’s where the guessing game comes in.

She starts the game off in the caption: “It has legs! What do you all think this looks like?” Then, Dr. Pimple Popper slices over the top of the giant bump. It’s a long incision, so you know this lipoma is going to be massive.

After checking in to make sure her patient can’t feel any pain, Dr. Pimple Popper alerts him: “I can see it. It’s a lipoma for sure.” That’s good news. She knows exactly how to deal with a lipoma.

Dr. Pimple Popper uses her fingers to free the lipoma from it’s cozy home in her patient’s side. Then, she starts adding pressure and before long it squishes out in one gloppy piece.

Dr. Pimple Popper fans really came through with the creative guesses. There were a ton of votes for, “It’s Patrick starfish.” Other popular guesses included “Pink flubber.”

The Spongebob Squarepants character wasn’t the only TV personality fans brought up. Others that came up were: “That robot off of big hero 6😂😂” “Kirby” and “Krang” from other shows and movies.

There were some IRL guesses, too. “Dang! Its a jelly fish!” Someone else suggested an old lipoma standby, “chicken.” In this guessing game and satisfying pop, everyone wins
