Just when you think you know what dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper is up to, she pulls a switcheroo on her fans. It seemed like the derm was on a blackhead-popping kick this week. Her streak was strong and so satisfying, but she found an unwanted cheek cyst in need of her expertise.

She couldn’t say no to her patient in his time of need, of course. So, Dr. Pimple Popper tackled the cyst straight away in her latest Instagram video. She summarized the procedure in the caption: “Annnnd out we go little cyst! Sac and all, all at once! ✌️#drpimplepopper #cyst #tuesday”

The video begins with a shot of the cyst from overhead. It’s nestled in the middle of the man’s cheek, but it looks deceptively small. Then, Dr. Pimple Popper goes in with her scissors and tweezers to open up the area and see how big this cyst really is.

All that’s left to do is squeeze. That is exactly what Dr. Pimple Popper does. She drops her tools and squeezes around the cyst. Out pops a whole blob of white goo.

It looks like a clean, simple pop, but it’s not over yet. Dr. Pimple Popper grabs her scissors again and trims away the cyst sac. The entire cyst slides right out on command. Her fans were thrilled and shared all about it in the comments. One wrote, “😍 Now THAT was satisfying.” That is how it’s done, folks.
