Dr. Pimple Popper uses her scalpel to slice across the DPOW. Then, she grabs her comedone extractor tool to pop out everything that’s stuck under the skin. It looks like the DPOW is fighting back, but Dr. Pimple Popper takes control quickly. A bit more pressure is all it takes for the whole plug to emerge.
