Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, aka Dr. Pimple Popper is back with a new Youtube video to help all her fans prep for the weekend and get in a satisfied state of mind. The derm has a formidable feat ahead of her, and this is no easy-peasy pop. It’s the continued tale of her patient with the huge round lump on the back of his neck.

You made her way through parts one and two like a true champ, so you know she is up to the challenge. Her Popaholics want more, and that’s exactly what she gives them in part three. Dr. Pimple Popper writes in the caption: “Cue ‘Circle of Life’ from the Lion King, a baby grapefruit lipoma has been born! She gives all her fans an eagle-eye view of all the angles of the lump. One wrote: “Looks more like a cantaloupe.” Another added: “What grapefruits are you eating, that’s clearly a mini watermelon!”

Dr. Pimple Popper isn’t totally sure what it is in the beginning of the video, so she tried a few different tactics that didn’t work. Now that it’s the third installment, she knows exactly what to do.
